Nope, but I never had a reason to use any character set on my own sites other than standard English.  Mick, I can see a reason to use utf-8 on the TP site but I just never had to learn about other character sets, thus the reason why I don't know what I am doing when dealing with them.

Glad it's not just me then.. I've read so many threads about this stuff, and have to admit, I haven't a clue what they are talking about. lol.. Way over my head.   ;)
